  • On small domestic and industrial electrical appliances, rotisseries, kneading machines, etc...

• Stops or bumpers:

In wooden or metal joinery, door and window frames, drawers, kitchen and bathroom units, etc

• Buffers or Noise reducers:

In the automotive industry on sunroofs, instrument panels, sliding windows

• As blinds:

To protect openings during transport, painting or other surface treatment

RECOMMENDED FIXATIONS

• Clip them into holes on thin supports (<5mm)
• Force it or glue it into deep holes or tubes

MATERIALS

• Standard products are based on SBR elastomer
• Hardness Shore from 45 to 60
• For high temperature, these items can be produced in Versilic® silicone (+200°C) or THT silicone (+250°C)
• These products can be manufactured in a wide range of colors

RECOMMENDED ADHESIVES FOR ASSEMBLY

• For SBR products, we recommend neoprene or cyanoacrylate adhesives depending on the support (wood, metal, plastics, etc )
• For Silicones, we can supply Special Silicone adhesives
